Service For Shaun Hardimon
As He Becomes A Commissioned Ruling Elder,

On August 11th a special worship service was held at 1:30 p.m. in the sanctuary of Holly Presbyterian Church where Elder Shaun Hardimon was commissioned as a Commissioned Ruling Elder (CRE) for the Presbytery of Lake Huron. Commissioners for the service were: The Reverend Dale Swihart, First Presbyterian Church of Fenton; Reverend Annie Duncan, Swartz Creek/Mundy Presbyterian Church; Elder Bill Bennetts, Mundy Presbyterian Church; Elder Christine Cook, Holly Presbyterian Church; Reverend Sharlyn Gates, Holly Presbyterian Church; and C.J. Merriman, Commission on Ministry Chair, acting as Moderator.
A reception followed the service where fellowship was enjoyed by many from Fenton, Mundy and Holly. Shaun and his wife Michele are members of First Presbyterian Church, Fenton but Shaun will be serving the Presbyterian Churches of Mundy and Holly as a CRE. We give thanks for Shaun, Michele and their daughter, Abby.
