"Worship In The Park” Sunday,
Celebrating 159 Years of
Faithful Service to Jesus Christ.
Sunday, July 15, 2018

The Holly Presbyterian Church’s congregation gathered to celebrate our 159th birthday (1859 - 2018) at Lakeside Park in Holly on Sunday, July 15th, with its annual “Worship in the Park” service and picnic under blue skies and temperatures in the low-80’s.

Guest pastor Rev. Don Neuville conducted the worship service, assisted by Elder Randy Cook. Jim Lyles led the singing. Rev. Neuville’s sermon was entitled, “The Greatest Gift” and was based on a Scripture lesson from Mark 12:41-44.  A video of the Worship service can be found here.

After the service, everyone enjoyed a potluck picnic with hot dogs, water and punch provided by the Fellowship Team and the usual wealth of dishes brought by members of the congregation. Everyone had a wonderful time of fellowship.
